徒步和骑行算是新加坡的国民运动了。

我最推荐的是

* [麦里芝](https://www.visitsingapore.com.cn/see-do-singapore/nature-wildlife/reserves/macritchie-nature-reserve/)（MacRitchie）：原生态，可以预见野猪，划皮划艇（网上预约），还可以走 tree top，真5A级免费景区
* [乌敏岛](https://www.visitsingapore.com.cn/see-do-singapore/nature-wildlife/singapore-islands/pulau-ubin/)（Ubin）：假装离坡，远眺新山，有果园和海鲜吃
