电话是除了地址证明外第二重要的，因为银行之类的很多东西都要绑定电话，验证码。

新加坡电话分 pre-paid 和 post-paid

* **pre-paid** 类似游客卡，有护照机场就能办，资费便宜，使用是通过买多少天的套餐，缺点是需要及时充钱，如果套餐过期了，电话号就废了，如果已经绑定了银行卡或很多软件，就惨了
  * <mark style="color:red;">updated on 10 Aug 2023</mark>: 不要在机场买，现在统一涨价到 50 新一张卡了。我已经遭了这个价格刺客了，机场卖卡的小字上还有以前的12块，但是实际价格已经变了，要看仔细。开漫游去机场外/市区买，还有正常价。
* **post-paid** 可以绑定银行卡自动缴费，欠费也不会马上销号，但大多数都要有住址证明才能买。目前只知道 giga 可以只用护照，但是giga要线下店买套餐才比较划算，所以推荐到了先用国内卡开个漫游，然后去giga线下店办（荷兰村地铁站有），好像是10新36G流量。

不用怕陌生的 giga 用得不爽，可以后面在不同运营商的 post-paid 之间转换。

### Singpass

Singpass 是政府的统一登录认证工具，用途很广（登录政府网站、注册银行等各种账户），要拿到准证实体卡之后才能注册，可以去社区居委会立马拿到，也可以网上注册，密码会寄到你住址证明的邮箱。

### 宽带

推荐 Singtel 的，网速快省心，同等带宽，反而比国内便宜。

装宽带时推销的电视线路可以不用装，就那几个台，还不如用电视盒子的电视软件。
