我一般买 T-bill，利息比银行定期高，灵活性比 SGS好， 基本[每个月都会发行](https://www.mas.gov.sg/bonds-and-bills/auctions-and-issuance-calendar)官网有介绍，外国人可以通过主流银行现金购买。
